Adding Items
To add a product to a list, click the “Add New” button. There are three ways you can add products to a list: searching our catalog, pasting in a product URL from a retailer website, or searching items that you or others have previously added. To add via our catalog, just click “search our catalog” after clicking the “add new” button. Search by product name. You can filter on the retailer website and brand name.Start Clip From BeginningWhen you select an item, a new panel will appear where you can edit the product title, select shade variants where applicable, and add a description if desired. Once you’ve revised that to your liking, click “Add Product” to add to your list. To paste in a product URL, just visit any retailer website online, take a URL, and after clicking “add product” click the paste link icon. It may take a minute for your image and title to appear. When the modal pops up, you can edit the product title, select shade variants where applicable, and add a description if desired. To search the products you include in your shop the most just tap the “Search your most frequently added products” button after tapping “add product.” On the next screen you’ll be able to select from a library of the products you have in your shop the most, ranked in order of frequency.Start Clip From BeginningTo search items that others have added, just tap the “Search Others” button after tapping “Add Product”. Rearranging Items
To rearrange the order of items within a list, hover over the items and click the three bars in the top right corner. Drag the items wherever you’d like. Start Clip From Beginning

To rearrange the order of your lists, visit your main shop page. Tap the three bars in the top right corner. Drag the lists wherever you’d like. There is a shortcut if you’d like to move a list directly to the top of your page — just tap the three dots at the bottom right of a list and click “Move to Top.”Start Clip From Beginning
Creating Links
In addition to creating lists of products, you can also create individual links to products. These links are generated and tracked on our platform but go directly to the retailer site. They look like this https://myshlf.us/p-38512.
If you’d like to create an affiliate link that goes directly to a retailer product page, visit your “My Links” tab. There are two main ways to create a link: searching our catalog and pasting in a URL from a retailer website.
To search the catalog, just search the name of a product, select your desired product and retailer combination and tap the plus button. When you tap that, the link is automatically copied to your clipboard.Start Clip From BeginningTo add via URL, tap “Create New Link” and click the link icon and paste a URL to any retailer. For example, take a URL to Supergoop GlowScreen at Dermstore and paste that in. Shoppable Posts
Our best earners on Shoplist are always using it to make their social content shoppable. In addition to referencing your items and lists, you can also embed content onto a list, and make shoppable grids.
To make a shoppable post, first create a list as you normally would. At the top of a list, you have the option to either upload an image or video, or add a social link.
When you upload a photo, it will appear at the top of your list, and your list will convert to a shoppable post list and you’ll find it under the posts tab at the top of your page. If you don’t want this to appear as a shoppable post and instead would rather have it as a list on your main page, just go to “Settings & Links” at the top of your list and toggle the List Type from Shelf to Post.
You can also embed a YouTube video at the top of your list. Check out a few examples, here and here.
To embed a YouTube video, just visit the page of the video you’d like to add, take the link to that video, and paste it in at the top of your list where it says “add social link.” The video will appear at the top of the list.
We have a shortcut to add thumbnails of your TikTok posts. Just grab the link to the TikTok post, and paste it in at the top of the list where it says “add social link,” and a cover image from that post will appear.
